Australia\u2019s largest drug and alcohol-free festival \u2018Easterfest\u2019 approached us to organise and manage\u00a0a separately ticketed festival\u00a0catering for a more niche jazz, funk and blues crowd. \u00a0With a dedicated pop-up \u2018secret jazz venue\u2019 in Toowoomba CBD, as well as one large stage show at the main festival, our \u201cEaster Jazz\u201d 4-day program engaged new audiences and broadened the scope of Easterfest\u2019s impact and vision. \u00a0Easter Jazz showcased big name artists such as The Idea of North, Kristen Berardi & James Sherlock, and Sharny Russell, while\u00a0providing opportunities for younger lesser-known musicians\u00a0to present their music to a large group of enthusiastic listeners in a very hip environment. Taking care of venue design layout and decoration on tight budget; scheduling and programming all artists and feature shows; press releases, radio, print and social-media advertising, and connecting with local stakeholders and partners, Wholetone Creative was excited to share the vision of this epic celebration of Easter during the Easter weekend.<\/p>\n
